We stayed at the hotel as we went to visit the Shizunami Surf Stadium. Hotel was good but sort of isolated. There was only a McDonalds and a 7 Eleven close by. Finding a cab was impossible, so we recommend asking people at the reception to book it for you. They were very helpful! Wish we could have visited their spa but unfortunately if you have tattoos you are not allowed.

カンデオホテルズのリブランドでした。 前進はワシントンホテルかな。。。 客室廊下はリノベーションされてましたが、居室内はほぼ前進のまま。30年前の設備にガッカリ。 最上階の大浴場は、男女入れ替え制。 これまたガッカリ。

ちょっと残念

衛生面は問題ありません ただ、チェックインのピークタイムにフロントにスタッフ1名しかいなく、大混雑 しかも、朝食付きで予約したのに予約されていません、と言われ、ホテル側のミスでした 大浴場も入れ替え制で大変不便 他のカンデオに宿泊していますが、こちらだけではないでしょうか… 極め付けはエアコンが全く効かず、暑くて眠れませんでした 窓を開けて過ごしましたが、蚊が入ってきて不快でした

ホテルに到着をした時、電話をした時、あまりいい対応ではなかった。電話をした時、3～5分程コールをしても電話に出なくて、二回程電話をかけ、ようやく3～5分後に電話に出られました。初めて利用するホテルで、本当に実在するのか心配になってしまいました。他のお客様や従業員様の声が廊下に響いていました。

お風呂が売りのはずだか、男女合わせて１つしかなく、時間を区切られているため、一番入りたい時間に入れない。夫婦で行きましたが別々の時間に入るしかなく、お風呂時間を気にしながら行動したため時間ロスしました。風呂時間制限があるなら、それに合わせてチェックインしたり工夫もできたため、事前に掲示すべきです。カップル・夫婦にはお勧めしません。また、鍵は古く閉まりにくい。ツインで泊まったのに１個しか渡してもらえず、風呂の時などノックして入れてもらわないといけない(鍵を挿してないと電気が消えるため)など、不便でした。
