This is a remote island, so I was expecting something rustic, instead I got 5-star cleanliness and amenities. The staff were nice and one gentleman, Yuusuke always particularly awesome. In a major North American city this hotel would be 5x the price if not more. Also I got the Sashimi platter in the hotel restaurant at a reasonable price. ...

"Very good price for the location. A little bit hard on the back if you're not used to sleeping on a Japanese style futon(i didn't personally mind it, just a warning) Lots of nice restaurants in the area and aharen beach is just a short walk away, and it's gorgeous! One downside of Aharen is there's only one small convenience store, and it closes quite early, so make sure to bring snacks and amenities"

"民宿が好きな方にはたまらない宿です。 いなかの祖母の家に帰ったような暖かい宿でした。スタッフさんもフレンドリーで親切、オーナーさんご家族も宿と生活が一つになっていて暖かさを感じました。みかんも可愛かったな〜！近くにスーパー、薬局、なんでもあるので便利です。一人旅してる方で、民宿が好きなら是非！"

"2回目の宿泊。 上、左右の物音が全く気にならず非常に快適。 朝食は質が非常に高い。素材の味を大事にした味付けで、安っぽいものがない。今回和食のポークが大当たり。 ジュースも安定した質の高さ。 唯一残念なのは白米。6時半の開始時は炊き立てを提供出来ないでしょうか。 バルコニー直結のプールも最高。早朝から利用出来ればなおよし。 大浴場は広く洗い場の数も十分。 立地が不便なのは、ホテルの性質上評価の対象外。 全くもって素晴らしいホテル。"
