"highly recommend. great breakfast, great staff, great amenities."

"nice hotel. Clean, good service and near to tourist attraction in Gion."

"The hotel is very close to Kyoto station and the airport buses. It’s the quiet side of Kyoto station but everything is within walking distance. This is a smaller hotel maybe 3 star but it is well run and very clean and modern. Don’t expect amazing service like a Hyatt, but it’s great for general travel The morning breakfast is reasonably priced and has nice food and drinks. I’d recommend it. There is also a convenience store below the hotel which is very convenient and you can also get money...

"Great variety of breakfast buffet."

"Very convenient location near restaurants, shopping and main train station. Located one block away from Kyoto tower which has food court on the basement floor. Hotel has a public sauna and provides robes (japanese style). We stayed 5 nights and will stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Good"

"Great location, convenient but not noisy. Best breakfasf out of all the hotels we’d stayed at in Japan. Rooms are a little small, but I guess they are Japanese standards."

"Staff helpful . Close to Bus and train station."

"Location is excellent, super close to Kyoto Station and there’s a bus stop nearby. The only downside is the room size which is pretty darn small for its price. It looks more like Tokyo’s business hotel room. Can’t open suitcases and walk at the same time"

"Good location. Breakfast was just okay"
