"The hotel has a great environment and all the essentials BESIDES good internet. They run a public wifi system across the whole hotel, and it was horrendously slow unfortuntely. I tried everything trust me. The public wifi on the shinkansens are better lol."

"This hotel is located right in the city center, close to everything, and only a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Having a washer and microwave in the room was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they were always happy to provide information and recommendations whenever I asked. I would definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again when traveling in Japan. It’s a great hotel chain with locations in many cities, which makes it a convenient and reliable choice for future trips."

"Very good location near many restaurants and shops. Less than ten minutes walk to the main train station. Bus stops about half a block from the hotel. Lawson’s convenience store right down stairs for any snacks or drinks you might need. They provide you with bottled water every day . Clean towels and pajamas daily. Bed and room was comfortable. There’s an awesome sushi restaurant behind the hotel that’s excellent!"
