"Room was spotless. Location is probably the best in terms of access to the trains, tram, buses and the morning market. Service was warm and helpful. My only very minor complaint is a lack of shelves and hooks for clothes, specially for the winter season when one wears so many layers. "

"Very clean. Efficient room layout. Great shower water pressure (no tub in standard double room in this case, 1101). Breakfast buffet is 2500 yen (pricey but very good quality and great selection of foods including grilled salmon, tuna and scallop sashimi, bakery goods, etc.) Relaxation room and spa on 13F including free popsicle from 1500 to 2500 and free noodles from 2130 to 2300 at the restaurant on 4G. 10 minutes walk from JR Aomori station (which has several restaurants as well including a Starbucks). About 10 minutes walk from the pier though in winter, snowdrift will detour you. Speaking of, road are clear, sidewalks, not so much so get an IDL."
