"Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort is a beautiful facility; the staff is incredible. They upgraded us to a Suite and that was awesome. The restaurants (Scarlets Steaks and Under the Oaks) are delicious, and the Casino is clean and well maintained."

Unfortunately, none of this information was offered during the check-in process. Overall, the hotel itself is a great place to stay, but providing a more informative and welcoming check-in experience would really help enhance the overall guest experience, especially for first-time visitors."
