"Got a pet friendly room that STUNK like a litter box. It was horrible! Additionally, we were in a non-smoking room but the pillows had clearly been in a smokers room prior. Hotel security was good and there was a great little seafood place across the street"

"We stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and were very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were also very well maintained, especially the floors, which is something I always notice when staying at hotels. Overall, the property felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with the in-house Starbucks brought my rating down to 4 stars. I ordered a latte that tasted more like warm milk with syrup than actual coffee....
