"We had a wonderful stay, house keeping was amazing, If I could address Evelyn for a moment. I stood I basement for a few minutes before I saw instructions to elevator. I would recommend instructions bring on both sides of elevator. I would like to mention although I thought everyone who worked at the Quest were lovely including groundsmen and housekeeping I was not impressed by having to wait on reception to get off their phone before they addressed me. "Great location and nice room. We were upgraded to a room with great seaview. Only thing missing in this beach hotel : Rooms / verandas have no place to hang wet clothes (swimwear) to dry ! Just a line of some sort would be good !"

"We were greeted on arrival by friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Free drink voucher and 10% of dinner which was really good. Would definitely stay there again."

"The single bed room was exactly as described with ceiling fan, mini fridge, handwashing basin, tea and coffee making facilities and tv. The window sash was broken therefore it could not be opened which made the room a little stuffy but otherwise it was fine."

"This was a delightful find for my short night in Sydney last night. The pre-arrival communication was perfect to allow me to enter late and leave very early without anyone in attendance. Thank-you for setting this up. I was literally stunned by all the little details in my room with even some ear plugs for drowning out the noises of the street. The use of space in the room with loo and lovely shower was quite remarkable. This place is a gen and comes with my 100% recommendation."
