"We stayed here multiple times over the last several years. We appreciate the beach amenities, the towel service, ease of check-in, and especially the location. It’s the bathroom toiletries have also been great as well as the free parking situation. Like I said, we’ve been back many times. The last time we went, we were booked into a room that reeked of cigarettes. We immediately asked for a room change, but we’re told that it couldn’t happen because it was too late in the evening. Even with the door open, I couldn’t breathe. The next day, thank goodness the manager was able to put us in a different studio and we were incredibly grateful. If not, we probably would’ve have had to go to a different hotel. Appreciate the responsiveness of the hotel manager and plan on staying again."

"The resort was beautiful, and our room was spotless with an incredibly comfortable bed. The concierge was especially helpful, they provided us with a map and great recommendations for exploring the area since all the excursions were fully booked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return in the future."

"Loved this property! Close to nearby walking and restaurants. Casual food options available for all meals. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly in all areas of resort! Pool was very nice with plenty of pool chairs! Beautiful sunset views from the bar and pool area"

"My experience in this property was terrible. Terrible! When we first got our rooms, they gave us the wrong ones. We originally asked for a king bed and two twin size beds, we however got two queen beds instead. When we got a different room, (mind you a floor down) it was filthy. Every surface was covered in dust, the floor was littered with bugs. Oh and not only the floors, the beds, tubs, the windowsill, and the walls. When they let us look at a third room, it was again, littered in bugs. It was appaling, it looked like a massacre on the beds. Oh the corpses were all over the kitchenette too. They clearly did not inspect it before giving it to us, when it had clearly not been occupied for months. If I could give 0 stars I would! Never go here!!! Please take off this property of yours list"

"While it wasn't the fastest wifi, it let me watch YouTube with ease. But besides that, I wasn't there for fast internet. There's a whole beautiful island to explore. Room was very clean, A/C was a window type unit and not overpowering you with cold air. It did the job it was intended for and so the room was comfortable."
