帰省の際に使わせていただきました。 荷物を先に預けた際、冷蔵品もありましたが冷蔵庫で保管してくださり本当に助かりました。 お部屋も広くて良かったのですが、小さくても良いのでテーブルと椅子が一つでもあると嬉しいです。 荷物を置く台などもない為、不便でした。

ベッドにコンセントが付いていなかったため 携帯で目覚ましをしていたのでベッドのほうに置きたかったのですが　携帯の充電をする必要があったためテーブルのほうでしかコンセントが無く　ベッドで充電出来ないのが不自由でした あと　部屋の照明が暗かったです

冷蔵庫に自分で作る製氷機ではなく機械の製氷機があればよかったです。 ホテルの敷地内の駐車場を利用しました。フロントに鍵を預けるスタイルでしたがチェックアウトの時に車を出しておきましたと親切心ですが言われ勝手に運転されたのが嫌でした。

くふうハヤテベンチャーズ静岡のキャンプ感染で利用。5階の部屋から富士山の一部が眺められました。風呂とトイレはユニットバスなので、古さと狭さは否めませんし、室内のテレビは大きさは小さくリモコンも使いづらい印象。ベッドの近くにコンセントもないのはマイナスと思いました。 このように、ややレトロ感はある施設ですが駅から近く清水駅前銀座に隣接してるので立地は便利。スタッフは総じて親切かつ丁寧でした。

スタッフは電話対応も◎。清掃のパートさん含め感じが良いです。 施設も普通に清潔で、ビジネスホテルとしては良し。ただ一つ難点は部屋が寒かった。エアコンはおそらく全館集中コントロール？らしく、個室での動作は不可能。夏に宿泊された方のコメントで灼熱だったとあったので、もしやと思い厚手のパジャマと靴下を持参して正解でした。
