"Staff was very cordial and helpful. The rooms were about what you might expect from a 20+ year-old hotel. The toilet needed a seatbelt—it rocked so much I thought it was going to come up off the floor and flood the place. The carpet had a few noticeable stains and a glob of something sticky that probably wouldn't take much effort to remove. The TV setup was less than desirable. It only offered basic cable with no channel guide or streaming capabilities, so you're left flipping through channels....

"The condition of the room was not what I was expecting. The bathroom mirror covered the power outlet and I wasn't able to plug my blow dryer in. No coffee machine. The sheets had some type of very large stain. Shortly after entering the room another person was able to swipe their key card and enter my room. Not cool."

"The Only staff member I met was much more interested in Blaming Expedia for any issues than looking into them. Hotel had no tv signal for half of my stay. No maid service."

The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip."

"Really appreciate the 1 bedroom and kitchenette for families. There were some items not working in the room such as the second sprayer in shower and television in bedroom. We prepaid for the room but then there was a parking fee so did not really save any money. The parking fee seemed excessive so will likely look at other hotels without this fee for next visit."
