Nice room and bathroom, quiet property even though there appeared to be a lot of people staying there, friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Property is in good condition. Located just about a mile from the airport, so convenient location."

"I was in Richmond for a conference and the location was convenient. Parking is not included but I parked in a lot less than a block away for a reasonable cost. The design of the hotel is very cool and it seems to be staffed by students. The bar and restaurant looked very cool but I didn’t eat there. "

"The room seemed very dirty. It’s as if housekeeping came in, changed sheets, dusted the main spots, and rinsed the bathroom and sink. The linoleum floor had visible spots that were sticky, the corners of the room seemed untouched, and the bathtub could have used a real scrub. "

"Check down about 930 staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean room was clean. Bed was outstanding, shower was clean. No complaints."
