"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. "I called Expedia and told them I would not stay at the hotel because it was so awful and dirty. The door did not have a proper lock on it and no dead-bolt lock in a very dangerous neighborhood. The property was supposed to have a pool, but the pool was drained. Holes were in the bathroom door. I had a friend living in Tucson so I called her up and she was willing to let me stay with her while I attended a meeting but I want my money back on this hotel. I never stayed in the room. The...

"We absolutely love staying at Graduate hotels whenever possible. They really help you feel planted in the place you are visiting, and this stay was no exception. The room and lobby were beautifully decorated, as is the usual with Graduate hotels. The Moonstone bar and rooftop bar were truly incredible. We were here during summer break, so parking wasn’t a big issue, but I can see how it would be hard if students were around."
