"I would definitely stay at The Snug again! The location is really convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are adorable. Yes, they are truly snug, but they have perfect storage and space for two travelers. Being on Quay street means lots of loud noise outside m, but if you know that going in, it’s really not much of a bother. "

"The property was unique in that it is above a pub/restaurant. The room was very spacious, but the carpet was obviously stained and needed a good shampoo cleaning. The room itself was clean in every other way. It had all the amenities one would want in a hotel room. Breakfast was not included. We ate at the pub below and had a fantastic breakfast of avocado toast with a poached egg and arugula/rocket. Delicious and healthy. "Room was on small side. No real place to put our luggage. Very close to everything, very walkable. Dining options are close by. Only saw staff on check in and check out. Front door was locked even during hours someone was to be at reception. Had to carry room key(actual key) around at all times no place to leave it and get on return to property. Stairs are steep and narrow as are hallways but otherwise it served its purpose. "
