"The room was so clean, it was impressive!! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple and delicious, and the pool was great! Would definitely recommend as it’s close to the beach and plenty of great shopping and delicious restaurants."

"Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff is not. We came early to try to check in and were told to come back in two hours. We came back and were told it’d be another hour. The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates."

"When we came to property, there was nobody at reception. .. so may drunk people were in lobby and they were so agressive. This place should be removed from hotel list. Be careful tourists. This place is not even safe."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"The rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is not preferable for my family. This is the first time staying at a Hampton and was disappointed with having to wait for a room to be cleaned although we had reservations. We also killed a few roaches. There were unsupervised kids playing ding-ding-ditch as well as. The only good thing was the pool and the beach access."
