"The place was dirty, first room smell like cigarettes and there was a hole in wall, I didn’t know I was in hood the way the room smell like also. First time coming to Houston and I thought it was a nice hotel and it was not. I didn’t even stay at all and got catfish by the “nice pictures”."

"Room- not inspected properly: sink stopped up (we just arrived & mom washed her hands and water never drained) refrig not cold : had to use a coin (dime) to turn to cold: a/c not blowing cold air: maintenance arrived : use chemicals to unclog the sink (hair not ours- we have barber cuts) new refrigerator ..."
