"The hotel and the staff were great. The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). Other than this it was a lovely stay over and it was very comfortable! Thank you "

Expedia I only booked one night instead of two, it was my mistake. However, when I tried to contact the Bull and the Hide via their wesite to remedy my mistake and I heard nothing back. I contacted Expedia hoping to extend my stay to two nights and, while I was on line with the Expedia agent, they tried to contact the Bull and the Hide but nobody answered.

"The location was excellent, right in the center of the sightseeing area. A beautiful old historical church was right next to the hotel, and the river was also nearby, so it was easy to take a river cruise. Many museums were on the same street within a 10-minute walk, and the Berlin TV Tower was only about 5 minutes away. The hotel was clean, with a nice modern design. The restaurant also had very good food."

"We visited during peak summer, and unfortunately our stay was affected by several maintenance issues that caused considerable inconvenience. The room did not have air conditioning, and this was not clearly highlighted in the property description. During the warm summer weather, the lack of AC made the stay quite uncomfortable.
