"We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. There was visible garbage under the beds, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness. Even more concerning, the following day we observed cockroaches coming out of the electrical outlets in the bathroom. Due to these conditions, we checked out a day early. "I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated.
