"Great location, we had Mount Fuji view rooms and we lucky enough to see Mount Fuji in all its glory! Rooms were clean and tidy. Not many reasturants in walking distance but a few nice ones. Breakfast seemed expensive so we grabbed some from the lawsins nearby. "

"Overall a good choice to visit fuji. Great views and friendly helpful staff. The location is a bit remote and a car is advisable. 4th room was large enough for a family and views from room are good. Food is reasonably good but set menu style so works only if you are flexible on diet options. Hotel style is unique, a bit rustic and less modern but is ok and they have free wine every evening."

"The pictures made the accommodation look a lot better than it was. There is absolutely nothing around, you're in the middle of nowhere. We had to make our own beds upon arrival which isn't what you'd expect for the price. Disappointing in general, onsen was nice but far too hot. "

"Air conditioning is centralized. Room is warmer than I wanted. Front desk advised me to crack open the window. The location is great. Just remember to pick a room that has the Mt. Fuji view when making reservation"

"Great Japanese style room. I liked sleeping on futons on the floor Hot bath with views of Mt Fuji was epic. We had 2 fully clear days Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and wonderful staff Rented e-bikes nearby and lots of good food close by also"

"This is a very old and dated hotel. They allow smoking in all the rooms. At least the windows opened. Good thing it was spring. Staff do not speak English, so made communication difficult. "
