"Quite location, near JR station and Ferry pier, very convenient. "

"Wonderful staff and breakfast. However the pillows are rock hard with beads so very uncomfortable and smell of strong smoke as you enter reception due to the smoking room as first impression. "

"Lovely hotel with excellent service. Front desk reception was warm and welcoming. The staff went out of the way to help us resolve some problems we had with car rental, as we spoke no Japanese. The hotel itself is centrally located near the train station and big shopping malls."

"何処へ行くにも便利な立地です。 お部屋も清潔で、セパレート型のホテル内移動ＯＫの部屋着（パジャマ）が置いてあり便利でした。 朝食は付けていなかったのですが、1階にコンビニがあるので困りませんでした。 翌日琴電に乗るのも近くて便利です。 ただ、夜遅くまで足音などでうるさかったです。"

"The room was spacious but the carpet seemed a bit dirty. There was an iron shaped burned on it (which I found kinda funny) The heater/air conditioning was not available for guests which was not too bad since it’s not too hot yet but I woke up at night because I was sweating and the only solution was to open the window. Unfortunately, it was very loud outside. My main complaint is that the one pillow provided was incredibly hard and I couldn’t sleep properly. :( but still great location and an okay hotel overall. "
