The kitchen was most helpful to prepare very delicious vegetarian meals last minute and we were all very happy! The hot spring was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable with amazing views! "こじんまりとした感じのホテルで、改装したのかとても内装がきれいだった。非常に過ごしやすかったし、部屋の床が畳だったのもとても快適だった。 宿泊客が少なめなのでお風呂も小さめだったが、十分なサイズ。無駄に広いよりは良かった。 コロナ下でどうしても食事できる人数が限られており、食事が取れなかったのは残念だったがフリードリンクも含めてサービスは十分に充実していたと思う。"

"It was nice to get away from the tourist areas for a time. Might be a challenge for non-English speakers but the staff was super-friendly and the outdoor onsen with a view of the ocean is worth it. Not really near anything but the staff drove us to a restaurant and we took a cab back. We visited Himeji before we arrived but didn't want to stay anyplace there so used a locker and then stayed the night in Ako. It is away from the Shinkansen line but not too far, take a taxi from the station. 2...
