"Well maintained property. Beyond friendly staff. Clean room. Enjoyable breakfast and coffee out all day."

"Most of the rooms face Highway 19 the loudest most crowded road I have been on. So it is loud and roaring motorcycles and semi's well past 10 pm. The rooms are a bit musty smelling as this is a dated property. The bathtubs have a silly water facet with a crazy double dials. Save some money and try the much nicer and quieter Rodeway Inn in N. Port Richey and save $25. The rooms are more modern especially the bathrooms but do check to make sure the wall hair dryers work."

"The staff are wonderful here. The outdoor pool was closed because it was cold in March when we were there. They had an indoor pool which was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all though. It was a rough nights sleep for two nights here. We will not stay again unless they update some things and enforce the resort standards regarding what they allow their guests to do on the property. The rules are loose to say the least. I would want to stay there with my young children."

"This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located."

"There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. "

"The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back."

"I have a Tahoe; the parking is tight as there are many concrete columns in the parking area The electronic key failed to work twice, and I had to go back to the front desk each time for a new key"

"Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly. "

"Great view from the second floor balcony room. Fitness center and pool were barely used by other visitors, so we enjoyed the facilities mostly by ourselves. Warm clean water in the pool. Nice park, Marina and Main Street are right next to the property. Restaurant is very popular with live music. Friendly staff . Would be nice if they offered kayak rental on the premises."

"A good place for an affordable family vacation. Our suite was two floors and slept six. Full kitchen, two baths. The unit was very clean. The decor and a/c were dated, but worked. The plumbing was kind of cranky, ok but, should be replaced."
