"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while traveling. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful at every turn. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean and modern. The food at the restaurant and buffet were delicious. My only drawback was with room service, which was not timely and came cold but even with this small hiccup, my experience was still a 10 out of 10."

"A Very Disappointing Three-Night Stay – Far Below Hilton Standards!
Unfortunately, our three-night stay at this Hilton hotel was extremely disappointing and certainly not what we expected from such a reputable international brand.
The biggest problem was the overpowering, unpleasant smell of artificial air freshener, particularly around the lobby and lifts. It was so strong that it felt suffocating and made breathing genuinely uncomfortable.
