"The hotel feels a bit aged, but it is in a very convenient location. VIP access includes free parking; however, we had to bring it up myself to avoid being charged. The experience would be improved if the staff could proactively check on parking and briefly introduce the VIP perks during check-in. Overall, the experience was ok, suitable for couples or a family trip."

They offer a breakfast buffet that had plenty of vegetables and steak available daily. The staff was pleasant and it felt like a quiet area in the neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel."

"Very convenience since Hakata station is within walking distance and 7 eleven just down stair next to the hotel. Probably the best thing is the shampoo bar with many different type of japan brand shampoo and conditioner to try out."
