"The room was spotless and large, overlooking the mountains. The staff were amazing and extremely attentive always looking to be helpful. If the lobby is busy they still greet you at the door and lead you to a place to sit while waiting to check-in. The onsens were extremely clean and tidy. One staff member was usually present in the change room to tidy up and restock and also to walk through the onsens to ensure people were following the rules. The views from both public onsens were 10/10...
