"Staff were welcoming. But management policies are poor. Upon check in I was asked for a credit card deposit that would be returned only after 1-2 weeks after my stay. So I offered a cash deposit as an alternative. I was on a 3 day visit - laundry service paper offered a “collect by 8 am - return same day service” but I was then told I need to pay 50% premium to guarantee same day return. I advised them to remove all laundry papers from all rooms to stop misrepresenting things to guests and was ignored. The condition of the hotel is poor. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The in room amenities like slippers, bath robes were non existent. The minibar was empty apart from 2 bottles of water and I requested them to stock it and they refused. Extremely poor performance relative to price and the competition. Management should be ashamed - unless they are following a “milk it” policy. Very uncomfortable and overpriced stay and I have many more detailed examples to support my opinion. I for one will never recommend this hotel. "

"Funky hotel with wonderful staff! Clean and quiet. The staff really make this hotel special. Dan, Gau, Bee, and others were so helpful. The rooftop bar is a great place to chill out at the end of the day with great views of the city and usually a nice breeze. "
