"The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared and of a good variety. The location was quiet convenient, close to the main square and the Souks. All arrangements made including transportation and a walking tour guide were prompt and efficient. Highlights were the breakfast, location and the staff. Stay here if you want a hospitable, traditional Moroccan experience. The spa experience is worth a try as well. "

"Didn't use the spa as had to pay extra to use. Used the gym which was free for 45 minutes but was only basic. Hotel and staff were very good. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. "

"We got the larger room and it was very nice. Continental breakfast was included and we had great service. The location is in the medina but at the edge, so although we encountered the Marrakesh traffic, we enjoyed it and it was one of the reasons we got a rental car. The property is beautiful and quiet. Room was clean."

"Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations. "

"Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Riad! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nur wenige Meter vom Jeema el Fna entfernt und somit mitten im Geschehen.
