"When we first arrived there was a huge group of people that made it feel that we had booked at Carnival Cruises. I was looking for a quiet getaway and it was not what I had expected. Unfortunately, my room was adjacent to where they were partying and being just awful. I went to the front desk and explained that I wasn't happy with the location. Each manager there went out of their way to find us a new room, moved our bags for us and then checked in to see how we were. The move made a 1000% difference! The group was there only for the weekend and we just went to the adjacent resorts during that time. How the staff handled them with such grace is unbelievable. The resort is immaculate - everyone works very hard to make your stay absolutely perfect. I read that tips are included and many people don't. But PLEASE try to always leave something for at the end of every meal, drinks, and room service. These ladies and gentlemen work very very hard to provide a beautiful experience for us and every person that helped us was patient, gracious and always had a smile. In the US, tips are EXPECTED for service not even close what this resort provides. We will be back!"
