"Would not stay here because there was no reason to except for the piss poor advice of the person I was working with. The room smelled like mold, the toilet barely flushed and the breakfast was awful. No vegetarian options available, nothing healthy. "

"I lived staying at the ventana. We all had so much fun, our experience with the property was extremely good. Will highly recommend this place. Just one thing I would recommend is in the shower. I had a terrible fall, the shower was very slippery that I slid and fell down hurting my arm and head. Despite of the fall, my parents and husband really enjoyed staying at the ventana that we hope to come back some day not just us but with family. Thank you Ventana for making out trip one to talk about...

"Relaxing, not a party atmosphere."

"This property is in a fantastic Oceanside location. Our group of 4 stayed for 2 nights in a standard room. We were next to one of the hot tubs and by a gate to the sea. Great food, great drinks and the staff was very helpful. We had a problem with our door lock and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. We would stay here again."

"Beautiful, eclectic, artsy and amazing hotel! We had a wonderful three day stay and enjoyed every moment. The staff was thoughtful, lots of extra treats delivered daily and the beach club was super fun and comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"The room was decent for a budget motel and the pool looked nice. The place was clean but it’s not clear when you are booking that there is only a convenience store nearby for something to eat. Additionally, morning breakfast was supposed to be ready at 0800 per the front office and wasn’t ready by 0930 when we had to take our shuttle to our retreat centre so we had to drive over 2 hours without having eaten anything :( "

"Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. There is an in room safe and good size kitchen with basic utensils and full size freezer/fridge. Staff is very friendly and we are by the pool and in the restaurant and both were delicious! The view at sunset was beautiful "

"The mattress felt a but outdated. It was a but challenging locating the hotel as there was no lighting in the signage they had on the road. Staff was good and offered multiple activities for guest"

Mi único comentario es que las rampas de acceso a la playa no son fáciles de transitar, por momentos llegan a ser resbalosas y sería mejor optar por homologar todo con escalones. Gracias"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana by Hilton in Cabo. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, even asking for your preferred room-cleaning time and checking in in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend!"

"Staff was great, especially Betty. My only average comment is the lack of restaurants close. There are two but, after a week, it was tiresome eating at the same places."
