"We stayed here when we arrived at the airport at midnight. We contacted the hotel via Whatsapp and they sent someone to pick us up. The fee was for the ride and not per person. The hotel was prompt in responding and the driver came in about 10 minutes. It was a relief to be driven safely to the hotel late at night and arrive to a friendly receptionist who took us to our room. The room was basic but pristinely clean. They provided ample shampoo and soap. I would highly recommend to anyone who...

"Everybody in the hotel was very friendly. The room was clean. Only issue we had was two hours before checkout we went to shower and the water wasn’t running in the bathroom at all. It was working in the evening beforehand."

"El hotel está ubicado literal dentro del aeropuerto lo cual facilita muchísimo el traslado de arribos internacionales o nacionales sin tener que moverte fuera del aeropuerto es súper seguro tranquilo y la Atencion del personal muy amable , llegué casi a las once de la noche y me atendieron en el restaurante para cenar muy amables hasta que terminé de cenar y siempre muy amables . Muy buen desayuno y completo "

"We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning...
