"The spot was okay but the check in process was weird. They said to call before checking in but no one was reachable by the time I had arrived. I asked specifically in email about key cards as this was a 6 person trip and I wanted a key for everyone. We had two keys for the entire stay. The beds were not comfortable, the kitchen was nice but not clean, and you could not lock your door properly unless everyone was inside the apartment. "

The interior design of the place was in keeping with traditional Hollywood thematics, which just so happened to be the purpose of our visit. "Could not have asked for a better stay. Why stay in an average hotel when you can live in a luxury apartment in Hollywood for a few days, close to everything, with an amazing view and excellent decor?! "The property was so convenient to universal studios theme park. You have the option of shuttle service to and from the hotel but it is absolutely walkable as well. Nice restaurant for breakfast, really easy and convenient parking, the gym facility is quite nice and had a bit more equipment that a lot of hotels I've stayed at. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Checking in was extremely fast and easy, as was checking out. If you do have a car, yo uare bale to keep it there until 6pm even when check out is at 11, which is also get convenient. We didn't have a single issue during our staym "
