"Loved everything about this place but the location. The area seemed more run down than the south eastern parts of Florence. That being said we didn’t really feel that unsafe. There were kids running around the neighborhood. Restaurants weren’t as accessible during the early dinner hours. It was closer to the airport though which is why we chose it, but next time we’d probably just stay in the more downtown Florence area. "

"Its a lovely hotel. Only hotel that gave me complimentary water. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff attended to me promptly. Rooms are neat and big and the ambience is very welcoming. Only issue is the distance. Its located along the highway on the outskirts of town. I cant say its worth the distance (1hr 30mins from town) but its a lovely hotel"

"Great hotel, convenient for stop over , near motorway, easy parking. Excellent service and great selection for breakfast. Excellent idea of shuttle bus to nearest tram stop. But even on taxi 20-30 euro to centre."

"Our room was exactly what we needed: a clean place to stay close to the airport. It was indeed that: no frills, but clean and close enough to walk to the airport at 4am. "

"Very strong Smoking smell on the room and bathroom even though we don’t smoke. Struggled to sleep at night due to that smell. As we had a pram. Staff was very helpful to take the pram upstairs to the room. However, if there was big it would have been very helpful."
