"This place is very clean and modern and spacious which isn’t common in Venice. It was nice having a canal view from the windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was huge. The staff were very nice and they give you cookies as a welcome gift. The only con was the main lamp was broken and they couldn’t fix it while we were there so it was a bit dark in that area. The location isn’t too bad although it is far from the city centre, about a 25 min walk, which was ok for us. There...

"Location is perfect For elderly people, even if it says 1st floor, there are about approximately 15 stairs to go up. The place was clean, everything privided( bed sheets,towels, slippers.., but no washer in the appartment). Would definitely recommend and come back."
