Property has a lovely terrace, was clean and well situated. Communication pre arrival was at points rude and unclear. The shower remained cold for the entire time. But overall not terrible.

This hotel is very old, the shower was very small and slippery, all night has kits of mosquito, maybe that’s the way this is around the area, but with the price of this hotel I think it is expensive, next time I will find other hotel that is worth the price and the time as I felt that I wasted time carrying around my luggages up and down the stairs as I wish there was an accessible elevator.

They did not communicated with us very well , we were waiting outside the property for a long time , then some guest go out and we take the number from them , we communicated to request the code and he refused to give it till he come !! We waiting more than half an hour

Fantastique appartement superbement bien placé

A 50 mètres du théâtre de La Fenice c'est super de bénéficier d'un appartement de 60 m2. Très bien équipé, avec climatisation. Le service est particulièrement soigné avec Nespresso, bouteille d'eau et biscuits tous les jours. Nous avons fait connaissance du sympathique Asela, l'un des responsables. De plus, un grand supermarché se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds. Ne pas hésiter à y séjourner plusieurs jours, comme point de départ pour visiter la Venetie en train.

Property was very clean, spacious for an apartment in Venice. Great location and lovely fittings used throughout the apartment. Very easy to access and a reasonable supply of basic items such as coffee capsules etc.

First, the Bad...NO LIFT/ELEVATOR, NO LIFT/ELEVATOR, NO LIFT/ELEVATOR!!! City View was a view of a wall...NOT CITY! Shower so small we almost couldn't get in. AC didn't work! Now the good...Queen Beds (not double). Clean, quiet and super convenient to everything! St. Marks, Rialto Bridge, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars. Super Safe and it really makes you feel like you are living in Venice! Not recommended for someone who is not athletic. The stairs are torture and would recommend for young thin couple.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops around. Super clean and new. The staff are amazing, very attentive. In addition they provide a free boat trip to the island of Murano. I indicate to everyone!!

깨끗하고 편리한 위치

라 페니체 극장 바로 앞으로 산마르코 광장과 매우 가까운 좋은 위치입니다. 모든 방에서 전망이 좋지는 않습니다. 하지만 새로 리모델링했는 지 천정이 높은 집에 매우 깨끗하고 어매니티도 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 조리시설 전자렌지, 가스렌지, 식기세척기, 헤어드라이기 모두 구비되어 있습니다. 엘리베이터는 없고 세탁기도 없었습니다. 호텔을 오고가는 중에 보니 1층 공간에 세탁기가 공용으로 있는 것 같은데 확인해보지는 않았습니다. 투숙객에게 무료로 무라노의 유리공장 투어를 제공합니다. 구글맵에서 길찾기를 하면 리알토 다리에서 찾아가게 하는데, 산마르코에서 내려서 가는 것이 걷는 거리가 더 가깝고 오르내림이 더 적습니다.

Però segnalo che sul sito hotels.com non sono visibili le spese extra e solo dopo aver concluso il pagamento si evince tramite e-mail di conferma che si pagheranno in struttura €30 per la pulizia dell’appartamento più la consueta tassa di soggiorno di €3 a persona.
