I was very disappointed that at every turn there was a prompt for me to provide a tip to the staff, even after checking out when being asked to provide a review. If their staff needs the tip to supplement their income that is on the hotel chain to pay them adequately, not on the guest. A tip for going above and beyond is one thing, but them leaving a manufactured business card in the room asking us to use the QR code to tip the housekeeping staff is offensive."
