"We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably."

"There is no fitness center, and even though Expedia says you have free access to a nearby gym, you do not. The staff, for the most part, was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. When we arrived, the AC was not on in the room, and it was very hot. After a few hours of the AC on the coldest level, it cooled off in the room. "Room was clean, breakfast is good. Everything is so automated nowadays it was seamless and exactly what we needed. Location is very convenient next to a number of shopping and dining options."

"The pool was closed, much to our disappointment. There was notice of pool being closed when booked and staff said it was on the Website putting blame on us. They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about."
