"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und insbesondere mit den Angestellten. Frau Sultan war die für uns zuständige Reinigungskraft und hat uns jeden Morgen mit einem herzhaften Lächeln begrüßt und gefragt wie es uns geht etc. An der Rezeption waren wir insbesondere mit Frau Sümeyye zufrieden. Und Herr Ramazan war auch sehr herzlich und wir haben sehr unterhaltsame Gespräche geführt. Er ist sehr an dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste interessiert und gibt sein Bestes. "I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Istanbul. One of the things I appreciated most was the security, the excellent location, and the overall comfort of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, and my room location was absolutely amazing.

"Staff were courteous and very helpful. The housekeeper Ms. Serife was very courteous and kept our rooms clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice.
