"Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. We loved it."

"Very comfortable large king size bed, amazing and very popular restaurant onsite, super helpful and friendly staff who answered all questions. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee was superb. Aircon was very good in the room and throughout the property and breezy balcony was also very pleasant. Large bathroom and pleasant smelling body wash provided. Hairdryer attached to wall is basic. 5 minute walk to Caserate Sempione train station. No ticket office or ticket machine there so you need...

"Good place to stay for one night if you're flying out of MXP. The hotel is old but very clean. Restaraunt downstairs is really cute and I had a great pizza to pizza To Go. The staff were great and the shuttle service was efficient. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are tiny. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a new mattress as I could feel the springs. Otherwise, very happy with my stay."

"The hotel was great. The grounds were amazing and it looked like a fairytale castle. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave at the time we stayed and the air conditioner in the room could not keep up however, not much that can be done about that. The hotel was clean and met all our expectations, it is an older building but still well kept. It is about a mile from the airport so it was great for staying there the night before we left the country. The onsite restaurant was accommodating but the food...

"I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn to be honest. The hotel was descent, excellent and very friendly/ helpfull staff. Ate dinner and free breakfast, our American counterparts have a lot to learn from this branch in my opinion!!! Overall, great experience for a hotel I reserved to spend a night to catch fan early light the next day. Shuttle to the airport for 5 euros was great !!"

"They charged 18 Euros a night for parking the car, and it turns out was a sloppy parking lot, and it's also a employee parking lot also! Not very professional style especially if they are charging 18 Euros a night to park!"

"I booked this hotel for my friends, check in was really complicated, nobody was there to help with room key from last century ,they had to wait for help . And it says shuttle bus available but when I ask about shuttle to airport they told me it depends on availability ."
