"I had a great stay at this Best Western. Best hotel in Lampasas. Very clean, great rooms, and comfy beds."

"The room was a suite, but the A/C was in the bedroom and did not cool the front sitting room. The room in front had a ceiling fan, but it was hot in that room. The A/C performed poorly and sounded like a carwash - constant water hitting the car sound. Next, no cold water in the sink or bath tube. I mentioned this to the desk person the next morning, and he acted like he had never heard that comment - c'mon, they had to have known."

"The gentleman at check-in was rude and not very welcoming. He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service."
