"Clean room and nice staff"

"This was our 5th stay at this hotel and it’s just as amazing every time. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are always sparkling clean. The pools are clean and the amenities are amazing. Food at the bar is super yummy! Perfect location. Stunning views. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We got home 2 days ago and we just booked our next stay! "

"I will not say we had a bad time. The room was pretty cheap, and we got what we paid for. Maybe it was my mistake for thinking a property owned by Ceaser's Palace might have a similar glow. We arrived an hour before check in totally fine to wait if the room was not ready. The teenager ( I'm not biased, this person just lacked that welcoming vibe) at the desk told us there would be a fee to check in early. Screw that, right?! My wife and i kept busy until check in, got our keys and made our way down the dark, dinghy hallways to our room and wow! Just wow. The heat drove me backwards when i opened the door. I made my way past the alarm clock blinking 12 with no buttons to fix it. I stepped over the beer can that housekeeping missed and got to the thermostate to see it was set to cold. Calling downstairs, they informed me that because it had snowed that day the heat kicked on. Apparently once the heat kicks on it takes 2 days to turn off. I don't blame you if you read that last sentence twice. Now, its off season, the casino wasn't busy and it was a Wednesday night. I asked if i could be moved to another room. My Ceaser's resort front desk agent said no, suggested i open the window and offered me one of those crappy white box fans. My options were to scream at a teenager, or enjoy my stay. Btw, its a casino hotel. Those windows dont open more than a couple inches."

"While the rooms are dated, the stay was amazing. We had a large 1 room condo with great view of the mountains. The facility was great and we made good use of the pool and game area. Great location with wonderful food options and shopping minutes away."

"The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options. There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean and comfortable. The TV is good quality. Be nice to have more than four hangers in the closet but no big deal. There is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig with 2 free cups in the room. Two free bottle of water too, you can easily get more at the bars. It's a Caesar's property so bring your rewards card. The food at Brews Brothers is great for casual dining. The free wifi has good signal strength. The free parking garage had plenty of room, it was easy to park close to the elevator entrance."

"The staff at the front desk was a step in so she was unfamiliar with the hotel and did not offer us much help with anything our first night. The next night, a guy staff member came knocking on our door and he asked my husband what he did for work, and if he worked at the hotel, and other weird personal questions and then said he had the wrong room. Besides the staff, the shades in our room were completely broke with the cord to them frayed and hanging down since they were electric, so it remained dark the whole time in our room. The shower water never got warm even after running it for 10 minutes, it was always freezing cold no matter what time of day we tried to use it. The last thing was the cleanliness, we could visibly see dirt all over the ground when we first arrived and many things were not wiped down. We did enjoy how close the hotel was to lots of dining places and grocery stores, but we will not be staying here ever again."
