We had a minor issue on the 1st night of the bathroom fan leaking a decent amount after a shower. Staff were incredibly helpful and assisted in us changing rooms. The property is stunning, the food is delicious, the staff are incredibly helpful & the location is quite beautiful - it’s separate from the busy downtown of Victoria but still close enough to easily get to town quickly, with some coastal walks nearby!
