"The room itself was good but the hotel needs to be updated. Old style in the wall air conditioner was not good. There was no elevator. The desk man did carry up my suitcase which I appreciated. The TV was not good and complicated to use. The hair dryer didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the desk people were helpful."

"Firstly, the Days Inn at Uptown Victoria is a motel not hotel as listed. Our rooms were accessed from the outside which made feeling secure a little less. The rooms are dated, with the toilet being small and lower to the ground and the tub very small. The sink was outside of the bathroom and located beside the bed. The bedding was clean but the beds are situated on a metal skirting that made a tin can popping sound every time you moved and the A/C was right beside the one bed making it hard...
