"Beautiful location! The room was great; spacious, modern, and clean. The trip was to celebrate my sister's birthday. The hotel sent a bottle of prosecco and snacks to our room as a gift! It was so thoughtful! We also each got a robe and slippers to use at the pool and hot tub. I would 100% stay here again. We had an amazing time. Oh, the hotel bar/restaurant happy hour is also fantastic! "

"Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! "This was good hotel stay. Although an older building, it is well maintained and has been updated. The location is central. I like to use local mass transit and there's bus stop in front of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The first night I couldn't get the hot water working. Jeffery came straightway and showed me how to work it properly. Like I said it was a good stay."

"The room was very nice and worked great for us and our one night stay in Victoria. The staff were all so wonderful and polite. Breakfast was delicious, as was the afternoon tea that we also had. The staff were also so kind to let us keep our bags there after checkout while we did some final exploring before heading back to the ferry.
