"Most of the staff were kind and quick to help. But there were issues. The suite we were given at first did not have the sofa bed we were expecting. The staff quickly sent a cot, which was fine. Then we discovered it had a terrible urine smell in the bedroom closet. The door of the closet would not close properly so we could not block it. The staff arranged for us to move to another suite. "Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"Checking in- booked 2 rooms under 2 names but same reservation, the person checking us in only processed 1 room and had to be prompted to process the second room which was a king not the 2 queen bed room I had booked. The comforter had stains on it and room didn't look too clean. Went back to change right away but the staff was trying to assign rooms on different floors. Breakfast was terrible on first morning , over cooked for the eggs and the waffles were still frozen in the center. Better...
