"We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. What really stood out, however, was the front desk staff. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel appreciated as guests. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but the staff made the entire experience easy...

However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!"

"This hotel DOES NOT have an elevator, yet apparently all of their king bedrooms are on the second floor. This obviously poses a problem for people like me that just had knee surgery and are walking with a cane and do not navigate stairs easily. Nowhere in the Expedia listing did I find where it said there was NO elevator. Needless to say, when I arrived late Friday evening to discover this, I was not pleased. Nor was I pleased at 15 minutes AFTER MIDNIGHT to hear what sounded like a leaf blower...

"Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries.
