"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"Most of the staff were kind and quick to help. But there were issues. The suite we were given at first did not have the sofa bed we were expecting. The staff quickly sent a cot, which was fine. Then we discovered it had a terrible urine smell in the bedroom closet. The door of the closet would not close properly so we could not block it. The staff arranged for us to move to another suite. "For the price, this was a clean hotel but customer service was not high on their list of duties. Coffee in the lobby was never put out before 7am, when they cleaned the room on day 3 they didn’t fill the shampoo/conditioner or make the beds, towels were regularly unavailable at the pool, tv remote in one room didn’t work, too the employee over an hour to find a working remote, there was no blow dryer and employee had to take from another room. As well, the employee charged the card I had put...

"Checking in- booked 2 rooms under 2 names but same reservation, the person checking us in only processed 1 room and had to be prompted to process the second room which was a king not the 2 queen bed room I had booked. The comforter had stains on it and room didn't look too clean. Went back to change right away but the staff was trying to assign rooms on different floors. Breakfast was terrible on first morning , over cooked for the eggs and the waffles were still frozen in the center. Better...

"A beautiful hotel. very clean, comfortable rooms. The shades on the windows are great. I like a very dark room to sleep on and the shades are top notch. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great. The balcony was beautiful but I was too tired to use it."

"This place needs a little upgrades or maintenance. Stayed a year ago and was much better. Maybe it was the room we got this time. Places missing in shower and hole in closet door. Just a little disappointing compared to last time. Good location for Blue Ash. Super quiet. I think parking out back a little shady so we parked out front although it was closer to our room parking around the back."
