Even though their English was as good as our Italian they answered every question and WhatsApp and were there whenever we needed them including arriving really late. It couldn't be in a better location on the main street of Catania. The price is great value. It's not five star luxury. But it was five star service. It's really subtle to find on the street a small sign next to a big green door. I can't fault our stay...
