Hotel Murah Dekat Dengan Santa Marta

"A première vue l’endroit n’est pas très attirant. Mais une fois installé, nous sommes en mesure d’apprécier les infrastructures de l’hôtel. La piscine est très agréable et la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. C’était un peu bruyant le jour étant donné la construction juste à côté de l’hôtel. Bien que l’endroit est pratique si l’on cherche près de l’aéroport, on entend bien le passage de chaque arrivée et départ des avions. Le personnel était très sympa et attentif à nos besoins. "

I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened. "El servicio al cliente fue excelente, excepto el Spa. Ayer fuimos 4 personas ( buenos clientes) pero el personal no fue amable, no saluda, mi masaje no se si fue muscular o de relajación. Se acabo el masaje, ofrecieron el turco o el sauna, pero ni siquiera alguien me dijo donde era. Hoy preferimos ir al Hilton para los masajes. Un poco mas caro, pero la atención fue mucho mejor del cielo a la tierra"
