Check in took extremely long time. We arrived there right at their check in open time, service desk person took forever (over 45min) to get our room keys, even though this was past check in time and there were no one in line in front of us. We were hungry after a long flight and had to go to eat since a person to show us where the building was not coming for over 30min. Terrible check in experience. Then even worse thing happened, we left to go to st. Bartz for a few days and came back late evening to only find out that we were locked out of our room. The keys were not working, the person at the lobby was not helpful at all, as I told him what I suspected might have happened. He didn’t listen to me, and we end up going back and forth (up and down the hill with our luggage) because this person couldn’t figure out how to get into our room, so he made up go back and forth with him to a lobby and back. After over an hour of this insanity (this was almost 10pm) we finally were able to get inside our room. And the issue was exactly what I thought it was in a 1st place. If only people who work there were trained to fix simple issues without turning our vacation in a stressful experience, or at least listened a little, we would not have faced these problems. Lastly, they provide ur tiny towel for ur face and one for your body….shower doesn’t have a door and all the water spills all over, they didn’t even bother to provide towel for the floor to make sure we don’t slip and fall from.

The property was fully equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, big smart tv’s in living room & bedroom, bathroom come with hair dryer. The hotel is set up like an apartment. It’s next to all the restaurants & stores & night life. I would recommend you have a car to get up & down the parking garage or you will be walking up the hill. Also it’s a rooftop pool that’s 24 hrs. Only issue I had with my unit was the shower was back up

I loved and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful, the view from my apartment was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly, the checking in and out was easy. The only thing I didn’t like is that the washing machines take hours to wash and hours to dry, like 7hours to wash, literally. Other than that, I’d definitely book again for my next trip. 9/10

This place was beautiful and in such a convenient area. It's on the strip, so you can literally walk everywhere. But they weren't lying when they say it's on a hill, so be prepared to walk up one. The room was alot smaller than I thought and we didnt have a balcony. But it was still nice and we made due. My only complaint is the towels. They only provide 1 set per person. And charge $20 for any additionals. We went to a nearby supermarket and got some for $2. Other than bringing my own towels next time, I'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful villa with magnificent views. The villa was clean and well appointed. We stayed for three nights- the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

Room was very good. We intend to stay again in thia unit. Were missing a bit of cutelry and wish i knew i had to bring a few things from home but all in all it waa a wonderful stay. Loves the view, location, appartment. Wish i cod have had a kitchen towel and change my bathroom towel once at least un 10 days stay and have a broom.thank ypu for this beautiful experience.

The room was excellent except for limited hot water. You have to pay for housekeeping which I did only to find out it's for the day you're leaving. If you're staying for a long period of time you will need to book your housekeeping day 48 hours in advance. Overall the room and location was splendid.

Perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great location - close to A LOT of popular spots and fully-stocked with everything you would ever need. Just an excellent experience. Highly recommend and would 100% book again!

Would recommend! I chose The Hills off of previous good reviews and they were all accurate. The property is spotless with security always on site throughout the property. Reception was very friendly and helpful for anything needed. Security was also helpful when asking questions and quick to guide anywhere. The room itself was very clean and had everything needed for the stay. The rooftop deck/pool is an added bonus. Parking on site was helpful as well. I would plan to stay here again in the future.
