"We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and our suite was lovely. We had just a couple of minor complaints.There is no hair conditioner provided, and none available, apparently. Our shower didn't drain well, and we were standing in ankle deep water during showers. Some of the food in the Bistro was bad (chicken shawarma sandwich and tortilla soup). Also, I left a shirt behind in the room, and felt that not enough was done by the staff to help locate it when I called."

"This is older style Mazatlan rooms though well maintained. Employees were all friendly and wanted to meet you needs. Pool was excellent as was the poolside service znd ocean views. Very quiet..enjoyed our stay"

"The room was clean, had everything they offer with your reservation. AC worked perfect, room service, good. The staff was very welcoming, specially one of the front desk persons, his name is Jesus. Very helpful when asked questions about the zone. First time staying at the Varali, and definately will stay again during my next visit."
