"Amazing staff,ambiance,location,room etc. Highly recommend paying extra to stay in the pacific room. This gives access to the club room which includes breakfast, all day nibbles, 2hours of drinks ( the lime margaritas are outstanding ) as is the champagne, food , 2 items of clothing per person per day laundered and pressed, etc. The extras pay for the extra cost of the room and you get the luxury that accompanies it."

"Location is excellent--Entrance to MRT is right beside the hotel (don't even need to cross the street or get rained on). It's close to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, and walkable to the waterfront. Also next to Far East Square with lots of interesting little shops/restaurants. It's 2 MRT stations away from Marina Bay Sands or Garden of the Bay. Walkable to Chinatown and little India. Staff is courteous and helpful. "

"Travelling is made so much easier with a kitchenette and washing machine, which was our main reason for booking here. Excellent choice as both were more than adequate and included dishwasher, all utensils and crockery, storage, and fridge all discretely built in. Large bathroom though the shower setup in a little side area with spa tub was a little unnecessary, with a clumsy hot cold tap system. Bed configuration and direction is a little strange, facing the window. But spacious, and everything in great condition. Lounge space with smaller tv. Wonderful pool and gym area, and Residents Lounge on floor 19 was a comfortable extra space for a coffee and rest. Staff are excellent. Metres from Raffles Place subway making it easy to get from the airport l, and within 2-4 stops of many Singapore attractions such as Marina Bay, Chinatown, Little India and Middle East. Aimed more at business travellers, and a little more expensive, but definitely great for couples who want more space and amenities, who don’t want to be in a cramped hotel room. We really liked it."
