Bathroom condition is really bad and aircon makes noises all the time. Complained to receptionist but he told me that I can cancel the room reservation if I am not happy with the conditions. Unfortunately, there is no other hotel nearby which I can change easily.

Upon my check in #105, i found, the room was not cleaned, paint were chipping off the wall. They gave me another room on the 3rd floor, then found out, the ac was not working, and room had oily/gasoline smell, then they transfer me to another room. The last room was okay but wasted a lot of times. I called the Manager, he said that I should send an e-mail to the hotel management, as they don't listen to him. Don't eat at the nature mother restaurant, the only restaurant, i had simple vegetables two dishes and a juice, cost me $35.

Kind staff but no good housekeeping and loudy

All staff are very kind. But house keeping is so bad. I stayed for 8 nights but some times they don'g change bed and pillow sheet for 3 days. And they never vacuum cleaning the floor. Never. There is racing circuit beside the room. Very loudy on daytime.

Nice enough hotel but rooms were disappointing.

Good things about the hotel - Bus stop at front of hotel. - Staff - Pool and gym - No room service or even a restaurant within the hotel. Bad things about the hotel - No hot water in rooms for a shower. - I think i would of had a better sleep if i had slept on the floor. Mattress was extremely hard. I would not stay here again nor would i recommend a friend to stay here.

Not a "Resort" 1&1/2 star at best

Overall the room serves the purpose. I was there on business for two weeks and having the washer/dryer combo was nice so I didn't have to pack as much. The hallway had a weird smell, the tv was poor and the elevator was down half the time. Local food hawkers very close and reasonable location to SMRT and buses.

Book with caution

I booked here because it was relatively close to another venue I needed to be at. but it is a rather bizzare place (has a go cart track). And when I extended my stay by one day they charged me double what the hotels.com rate was. Maybe if you have a whole bunch of kids and want to use the pool and ride go carts, but not for professional purposes.
